At Shop Cards USA, LLC, we want your order to ship safely and with clear tracking once it leaves our facility. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, product drops, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the USPS shipping method selected at checkout and any carrier-related delays. USPS delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless the selected service specifically includes a USPS delivery guarantee.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We use USPS shipping rates provided through Shopify. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, package size, and the shipping method selected.
Available Shipping Options

USPS Ground Advantage
- A cost-effective domestic shipping option that includes USPS Tracking.

USPS Priority Mail
- A faster domestic shipping option that includes USPS Tracking.

USPS Priority Mail Express
- USPS’s fastest domestic shipping option, with USPS Tracking and delivery commitments for most eligible U.S. addresses.
You will see available shipping rates and estimated delivery times at checkout before completing your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Numbers & Order Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
Tracking numbers are typically created when the shipping label is generated. However, tracking may not show movement right away. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS tracking information to update after the package receives its first USPS scan.
In some cases, tracking may show as unavailable, pending, or “no status yet” until USPS completes its first scan. This does not always mean the package has not shipped.
You can use your tracking number to follow your shipment through:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your order status page
- USPS Tracking
- The Shop app, when available
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact our support team for assistance.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, the package is in the carrier’s possession. Shop Cards USA, LLC is not responsible for USPS delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. However, we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
If you experience an issue with your shipment:
- Check your USPS tracking number for the latest updates.
- Contact your local post office or USPS directly for more information.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors, household members, your mail area, and your local post office.
- For eligible shipments, you may be able to file a USPS claim.
For added protection, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express when available, especially for higher-value orders.
Before Opening a Bank or Card Dispute
If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us first at hello@shopcardsusa.com before opening a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
We are here to help and will work with you to review the tracking information, confirm the shipping address, contact USPS when appropriate, and help determine the best next step for your order.
Opening a bank or credit card dispute before contacting us can delay the resolution process, since the matter may need to be handled through the bank’s dispute process instead of directly through our support team.
For missing, delayed, or undelivered packages, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date so we can review the issue while tracking details and carrier information are still available.
This does not limit any rights you may have with your payment provider, but it gives us the opportunity to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Shop Cards USA, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, processed, or fulfilled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
