Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We use USPS shipping rates provided through Shopify, which are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Available Shipping Options:

  • USPS First-Class Mail (for lightweight packages)
  • USPS Priority Mail (faster delivery with tracking)
  • USPS Ground Advantage (affordable and reliable shipping with tracking)

You will see real-time shipping rates and estimated delivery times at checkout.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. However, if you experience an issue:

  • Check your tracking details for updates.
  • Contact USPS directly to file a claim for lost or delayed shipments.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.

Tip: Consider selecting a shipping method with insurance (e.g., USPS Priority Mail) for added protection.


Shipping Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If you realize an address mistake, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to update it before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a resolution.
